By using VividChord Studio pages, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Educational purpose
Our vivid pulse piano practice system provides educational material, practice prompts, and musical examples. They do not guarantee a particular skill level, performance outcome, or timetable for progress.
3. Catalog and purchases
Module descriptions, formats, and prices are presented for informed review. The demonstration cart does not process payment. Any future transaction will be governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual property
VividChord Studio text, lesson structures, recordings, worksheets, and visual designs belong to VividChord Studio or its licensors. You may use purchased or authorized materials for personal learning and may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish them without written permission.
5. Responsible use
You agree not to interfere with the website, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected materials, or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, VividChord Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of educational content or temporary website unavailability.
